Clarifications and Definitions
Terms, conditions, and methodological clarifications to ensure a correct interpretation of our operational efficiency consulting services.
Scope
What is considered an "operational process"?
We refer exclusively to structured sequences of activities within a corporate environment, intended to transform inputs into products or services. It does not include informal activities, isolated strategic decisions, or operations outside the legal business sphere.
Methodology
Does optimization guarantee staff reduction?
No. The Lean methodology focuses on the elimination of waste (overproduction, waiting, defects) and the improvement of flows. Talent reassignment is a possible outcome, but never a predefined objective. Each project evaluates the internal social impact.
Results
Are the improvement KPIs contractual?
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are established as goals based on diagnostic analysis. Their achievement depends on multiple factors, including client implementation. They do not constitute an absolute result guarantee, but rather a measurable framework for joint progress.
Confidentiality
How is sensitive client information handled?
All shared information is governed by a standard confidentiality agreement (NDA). Data on processes, costs, and structures is used solely for the project's internal analysis and is not shared with third parties without express written authorization.
Ownership
Who owns the developed improvements and methodologies?
Generic methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are in the public domain. Specific adaptations, tools, and analysis models created during the project are joint intellectual property. The client has the unlimited right to use the final deliverables within their organization.
Consulting
Does the service include operational implementation?
Our role is one of consulting and advisory. We provide the plan, training, and support for implementation, which must be executed by the client's internal team. We offer accompaniment packages, but we do not assume direct operational management or final decision-making.
