Mihirdhandha.com is a consulting platform specialized in operational efficiency, process management, and supply chain optimization using Lean methodologies. Services include advisory, process analysis, and improvement proposals, but do not guarantee specific business results.
The client acknowledges that the services are advisory in nature and that their implementation and success depend on internal factors within the client's organization.
Obligations of Mihirdhandha: To provide advisory services with the standard level of professional diligence in the industry, based on the information provided by the client.
Obligations of the Client: To provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provision of services. To cooperate with the assigned consultant and facilitate access to relevant resources and personnel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mihirdhandha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the services.
The total liability of Mihirdhandha, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim in the last 12 months.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The materials, methodologies, tools, and know-how provided by Mihirdhandha are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mihirdhandha. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use such materials solely in connection with the contracted consulting project.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all sensitive business information shared during the provision of services.
Fees for services are detailed in the accepted commercial proposal. Payment shall be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 30 days' notice. In the event of termination due to a cause attributable to the client, fees for services already rendered shall be due in full.
Mihirdhandha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this page. It is recommended to review this section periodically.
